Unhappy with lumpy, poorly placed, or migrated filler? Or simply changed your mind? If you’re no longer satisfied with your filler treatments, dissolving them may be the solution.
After a medical consultation and patch test, an enzyme called hyaluronidase (Hyalase) is injected into the area to dissolve the filler. Results are often immediate but can take 24-48 hours for some products. In certain cases, additional treatments may be needed to fully dissolve the filler. If you wish to refill the area, a two-week wait is required after treatment with hyaluronidase.
You’ll remain under your practitioner’s care at the clinic for an hour after the procedure to ensure safety and comfort.
Hyalase is a prescription-only medicine, and filler dissolving carries potential risks. Always seek treatment from a qualified medical practitioner.
